Prices shown are manufacturer's suggested retail prices for the United States.
Wholesale prices are 50% off manufacturer's suggested retail prices.

A C.R. Gibson credit application (download PDF version available in xxxx) for all new account orders requesting terms.

If credit approved, terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, no discount for early payment.

All orders are F.O.B. our Distribution Center, Florence, Alabama.
We will prepay all shipping charges and add them to your invoice, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Freight policy: On orders above $1,200 net wholesale cost of goods, C.R. Gibson will pay the standard then in effect surface shipping charges in full with the carrier of our choice.

The minimum opening order requirement for new accounts is $300.00 net (wholesale cost of goods ordered).

The minimum reorder requirement is $150.00 net (wholesale cost of goods ordered).

Items temporarily out of stock which total less than $100.00 will be cancelled rather than back-ordered.

Backorders are shipped via carrier of our choice freight free.

Where multiples are specified, ordering must be done in multiples of the number indicated.

Credit Card Payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.

All sales are considered final with no returns accepted, except if due to a C.R. Gibson/iota mistake. In such instance, you must call Customer Service at 800-243-6004 for advanced return authorization.

All claims for shortages, damages, or defectives must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
